Oasis Peer Center

Mission Statement | To provide support to and encouragement for mental health consumers with a focus on the wellness of body, mind and spirit while actively engaging in life.

The Oasis Peer Center is a service center providing a safe and nurturing environment for those struggling with mental health challenges. Peers provide acceptance, support, and encouragement along the journey to wellness through active engagement in the activities of living and thriving in our community.

At the Oasis Peer Center, we believe that individuals diagnosed with mental illness are important, unique, and capable people whose potential for life and wellness is limitless. Here, you will be treated with the respect and dignity that you deserve. Take advantage of educational offerings, such as nutrition and cooking classes and courses in history and current events, or simply join us for our diverse offering of activities, which includes crafts, games, gardening, cooking, exercise, and much more.

Along with fostering integration in the community, the Oasis Peer Center offers educational, social, and recreational activities for people diagnosed with mental illness to assist them in dealing with feelings of loneliness and isolation.
